We also want our customers to feel confident that Bonsai Blades consistently offers great savings. For this reason, we offer a Low (Total) Price Guarantee. If you find the identical product elsewhere, within 10 days of purchase, for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fee), we will match the total price or gladly refund the difference. (sale or promotional prices not included.) Again product must be currently in stock!

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

• Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.

• Total price match requests must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of purchase at BonsaiBlades.com.

• Please be aware that Bonsai Blades only sells the highest quality products, that are not knock offs made of low quality materials, we do not accept a price match for re-manufactured, re-furbished or counterfeit products.

To request a total-price match, simply provide the competitor's total price information, including the URL of the product in question and send us an email telling the price and what website to Support@BonsaiBlades.com. We will then verify the product and price then adjust your order accordingly, then notify you of the price change.
